AskMyAds legal
Terms of service
These terms cover AskMyAds’ read-only Waste Scan, founder-led campaign management plans, and the billing terms that apply to paid subscriptions.
Effective 21 August 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
AskMyAds is provided by OrcDev (Uros Miric), trading as AskMyAds. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
You must be at least 18, or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use AskMyAds for a company or another organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms. The service is for business advertising use, and you must be authorized to access every workspace and every Google Ads or Meta ad account you connect.
2. The service and the approval-first model
AskMyAds is a young service and features may be changed, paused, or withdrawn while we scale reliability and Google API access. The current release supports eligible Google Ads accounts with read-only reporting access. Meta features are pending Meta's App Review and are not yet generally available; where these terms mention Meta, they apply once your workspace has Meta access.
A Waste Scan is read-only: it inspects authorized Google Ads or Meta data and reports findings without changing the account. Campaign changes follow an approval-first model: AskMyAds proposes a specific change, shows you exactly what it would alter, and executes it only after you approve that proposal in the interface. An explanation, recommendation, chat response, or draft is not approval. Approved changes are recorded with their prior values, and supported changes can be reversed from the same interface.
If you connect an external AI agent to AskMyAds over the Model Context Protocol, that agent can read your authorized data and create proposals, but it cannot approve them. Approval over that connection happens only when you submit a valid one-time confirmation code that AskMyAds sends to your account email; submitting that code is your approval of the exact change shown, to the same effect as approving in the interface. A statement by an agent is never approval, and you are responsible for the agents you connect and can revoke them at any time in Settings.
AskMyAds may require you to complete steps Google reserves for the account owner, and may refuse or stop an action that is unsupported, unsafe, outside the agreed scope, inconsistent with your budget cap, or contrary to law or platform policy.
3. Plans, prices, and billing
Paid plans are founder-led Google Ads management: a service performed with human involvement and approval-first execution. Google Ads spend, taxes, and third-party fees are separate. Google charges your advertising account directly; AskMyAds’ fee does not include media spend.
- Starter: $99 per month or $990 per year, covering up to $1,000 in monthly ad spend.
- Growth: $249 per month or $2,490 per year, covering up to $5,000 in monthly ad spend.
- Scale: $499 per month or $4,990 per year, covering up to $15,000 in monthly ad spend.
- Concierge: $999 per month or $9,990 per year, with managed spend agreed during onboarding.
Stripe shows the exact price before payment. A monthly plan is charged when you complete checkout and then monthly until canceled. A yearly plan is charged in full when you complete checkout and then yearly until canceled; the year is not refunded pro rata if you cancel part-way through, and access continues to the end of the paid year. Spend scopes are monthly on either interval.
The first 25 customers who complete an eligible founder-led pilot subscription may lock a founding price: $79 per month, or $756 per year (shown as $63 per month). That $20 monthly saving versus the standard Starter rate is for those 25 spots only. Customer 26 and later eligible pilot customers use the then-current Starter pilot price. The founding lock ends if the subscription ends; it does not transfer to another person, workspace, or tier.
We review published prices on an annual cycle and may increase prices for new subscriptions at that review. Existing customers stay on their subscribed Stripe price while continuously subscribed. A plan or billing-interval change, or a new subscription after cancellation or expiry, uses the price then offered. If a change will affect an existing renewal, we will give advance notice required by applicable law before it takes effect.
4. Plan spend scopes
A plan’s spend limit defines the ad spend across connected platforms included in the founder-led scope; it is not a cap imposed on Google’s or Meta’s billing. Once tier metering is separately enabled, AskMyAds may measure trailing 30-day spend. If spend remains above the plan limit for seven consecutive days, we will provide an in-product or email upgrade warning.
If the mismatch continues for 21 days, AskMyAds may pause its daily monitoring until the plan or spend returns to scope. That soft-block pauses AskMyAds monitoring only. AskMyAds will never pause, delete, or otherwise alter your Google ads solely because of a tier mismatch. Features not yet enabled are not subject to automated tier enforcement until we notify you that metering has begun.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in link and account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Supply accurate business, offer, budget, conversion, and compliance information.
- Review proposals, AI-generated explanations, ads, claims, targeting, and budgets before approving them.
- Maintain the rights, licenses, consents, and lawful basis needed for your ads, landing pages, customer data, and connected account.
- Follow Google’s and Meta’s terms and advertising policies and all laws that apply to your business, products, audience, and location.
You remain responsible for your Google Ads account, the proposals you approve, and the accuracy and legality of your advertising. AskMyAds may suspend an account or refuse an action that creates a material security, legal, policy, or platform risk.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Once the billing control is available in your authenticated workspace, you may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Until then, contact support to cancel. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and unused time is not prorated.
Apart from a billing error or a right required by law, fees are non-refundable. If we discontinue a paid service without a reasonable replacement, we will refund any prepaid, unused service period.
Canceling AskMyAds does not cancel or pause campaigns in Google Ads. Google may continue charging ad spend until you pause or change the campaigns in Google Ads. Account deletion and Google revocation are separate steps described on the data deletion page.
7. Google, Stripe, and third-party services
Google Ads, Google APIs, Stripe, and other integrated services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Their outages, reviews, account suspensions, policy decisions, auction results, and payment processing are outside our control. AskMyAds cannot promise Google API access, ad approval, account verification, delivery, or a particular auction outcome.
8. Data and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the business material, ads, account data, and instructions you provide. You give us a limited right to process that material only to provide, secure, support, and improve the user-facing service under these terms and the privacy policy.
OrcDev retains ownership of AskMyAds’ software, designs, documentation, methods, and branding. We may use feedback without restriction, provided we do not identify you or expose confidential or Google user data.
9. Plain expectations and disclaimers
Ads bring visitors; your offer converts them. The Waste Scan analyzes authorized account data, and founder-led management works within your plan’s agreed scope. AskMyAds does not control your market, offer, website, sales process, Google’s auction, or customer behavior. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, profit, return on ad spend, or policy approval.
AI output and automated analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Review material decisions and keep appropriate human oversight. Except for rights that cannot be excluded by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
10. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost revenue, profit, goodwill, or data, arising from the service. OrcDev’s total liability arising from AskMyAds will not exceed the AskMyAds fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
That limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or another liability that law does not permit us to limit. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the early-access service changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice before a material change applies to an existing paid subscription when required by law. Continuing to use the service after the stated effective date means the updated terms apply.
